  • Prioritise and flag urgent emails

  • Set reminders for follow-up actions



Document & Content Creation:

  • Create, format, and maintain templates
  • Collect feedback and testimonials
  • Design promotional material and presentations
  • Ensure brand consistency with Canva
  • Convert documents into various formats
  • Schedule content

Website & Platform Management:

  • Set up landing pages, blogs, and funnels
  • Integrate media content and update information
  • Create and upload course materials (videos, PDFs)
  • Manage CRM and maintain content integrity
  • Ensure brand consistency
  • Check for plagiarism


Calendar Management:

  • Schedule and gather appointment information
  • Add/edit calendar entries
  • Set reminders and time blocks for tasks
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Provide meeting materials and follow-up


Client Relations:

  • Serve as primary contact for client inquiries
  • Check in regularly to nurture relationships
  • Guide clients through onboarding and solutions
  • Address concerns or complaints and coordinate solutions
  • Gather feedback & testimonials to improve services


Event & Workshop Setup:

  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for in-person and online events
  • Create and manage promotional content
  • Handle registrations and communications
  • Prepare materials and ensure smooth event flow
  • Provide post-workshop follow-up and feedback collection


Pay by the Hour:

  • £30 an hour
  • £150 deposit upfront
  • Time rounded down to the nearest 5 minutes
  • Time will be tracked and sent with invoices



Book a Retainer:

  • Book a minimum of 4 hours per week for 3 months or more
  • Retainer work takes priority
  • Have peace of mind that you will be supported

No budget surprises, I will notify you when nearing agreed limits, ensuring we stay within your budget.

Rewarding Your Loyalty:

For every 35 hours worked on a retainer basis, I include 1 complimentary task (up to an hour) to add further value to our partnership and support your business growth.




About Me


I'm Hannah Slatford, the founder of Workflow Clarity VA, based in Bristol, UK. After working as a Social Values and Project Manager in the charity sector, I faced redundancy, prompting me to reflect on what I needed to be happy. I realised my desire for flexibility and control over my life, so I could create more space for my daily self-care routines and the activities that bring me joy.


With my background in project management in the charity sector, and life coaching, combined with empathy and passion for helping others, virtual assistance feels like my calling in life. Now, I bring my organisational skills, proactiveness, problem-solving, and dedication to support purpose driven business owners like you.


Operating remotely from my home office, I work with clients across the UK and Europe, helping them reclaim their time and energy. My goal is to provide proactive, tailored support, allowing you to focus on what truly matters.
